Waters Medical Systems (an IGL Company), is expanding its U.S. commercial organization and is seeking two Regional Sales Managers. These are high-impact roles at a pivotal time for the business, focused on accelerating growth in 2026 and supporting the planned introduction of next-generation organ preservation technologies in 2027. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on improving transplant outcomes and expanding access to transplantation.
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across an assigned U.S. region. The role requires direct engagement with transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, and hospital stakeholders, with full ownership of the sales process from prospecting through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, target, and win new business across transplant centers and related accounts.
- Build relationships with transplant surgeons, transplant specialists, hospital administrators, clinical teams, and procurement stakeholders.
- Call on organ procurement organizations, including clinical leadership and perfusion teams.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, closing, and implementation support.
- Deliver effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations that communicate clinical and economic value. .
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new business opportunities within the transplant ecosystem.
- Prepare forecasts, territory updates, and business reviews for leadership.
- Represent Waters Medical Systems at industry meetings, conferences, and other field-facing events.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience in organ transplant technology.
- Strong network within the transplant community, especially transplant surgeons and key clinical stakeholders.
- Kidney transplant and/or perfusion experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling into transplant centers and organ procurement organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel by air.
- Residence near a major airport required.
